My stay at Aspria Berlin Ku'Damm was a mixed bag. While the fitness facilities are impressive and the staff friendly, my experience with the spa left much to be desired. I left without being able to enjoy my scheduled massages due to poor communication and logistics issues, which was extremely disappointing. Overall, this place has great potential but could really improve in customer service and organization.
